For Winter Camp, due to the limited space available, we will not be able to accommodate last minute changes or cancellations.

A Registration does not guarantee the space:

We required the following:   

1) For Regional Center Clients: Approved POS (Approved Purchase Order) before camp. 

2) Self Determination / Private pay: Full Payment prior to camp.

Refund Policies: 

a) Full refunds will be issued if we are notified 14 days prior to the first day of camp.

b) If we are notified 7 days prior to the start of camp, we will issue a 50% refund.

 

*For Regional Center clients: Our Vendor ID #HW0822.  Please ask your service coordinator

to include the cost of the t-shirt on the POS.
